The hustle culture is on the rise and the gig economy is booming. Amidst these, the rising numbers of job creation has risen hope for the young Indians. After losses during the pandemic, the pace of job creation has risen to 8.5% in the country, a study by global investment bank Jefferies reveals. The country is seeing a boom in hiring in the IT sector, contributing 61% to the increment of jobs in the organized sector.
Jefferies, in its report of the study of 760 listen to companies, accounts for 6 million employees. The report states that the “private sector hiring was a strong 11.3% and now contributes ~80% to the total listed space employee count.” For More Click Here.
